Regulation, Safety and Competitiveness - ECHA's role in European Industry and Environment

The event aims to illustrate the current legislative framework governing chemicals and delineate the European Chemicals Agency's integral function within this regulatory architecture.

This occasion will provide an opportunity to examine several key areas that have gained increasing significance over time: the REACH Regulation (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals), its forthcoming revision, the PFAS restriction proposal, and the implementation of the CLP Regulation (Classification, Labelling and Packaging).
